To secure your Life Plan Membership and enjoy the benefits of being an Freedomlife Plan Corporation Planholder, you must follow the steps below:

Fill out Freedomlife Plan Corporation (FLPC) application kit

Present a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes.

Choose a plan that suits your needs and pay the installment fee which can be paid in annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.

Eligibility

Must be within the age range of 18 and above*

In good physical and mental condition.

In good standing, with no suspicions or convictions of any criminal or illegal acts by any court of law.

Must be actively at work or self-employed.

Must be a bona fide Filipino and resident of the Republic of the Philippines.
